Released exclusively for the 2017 World Money Fair in Berlin, this limited-edition Australian Kookaburra is a highly sought-after Perth Mint coin-show release.

The coin was struck from one troy ounce of 99.9% pure silver and features a coloured depiction of two kookaburras perched on a wooden fence. The reverse also includes the Australian Kookaburra inscription, The Perth Mint’s iconic ‘P’ mintmark and the 2017 year-date.

Issued as Australian legal tender with a denomination of $1, the coin measures approximately 40.6mm in diameter. Only 2,000 were released worldwide in special World Money Fair presentation packaging, making it a standout addition to any Kookaburra, Australian silver or international coin-show collection.
