Released by the Royal Australian Mint as part of the Australia at War series, the reverse features Australian soldiers paying tribute to their fallen colleagues. Although the coin had a maximum authorised mintage of 50,000, Royal Australian Mint production records show that only 32,654 coins were produced, making it considerably scarcer than the original limit suggests.
