2012 Baby Coin Proof Set – Mintage: 9,270

The 2012 Royal Australian Mint Baby Proof Set – Dot and the Kangaroo brings together six Australian coins in proof finish: 5c, 10c, 20c, 50c, $1 and $2. Inspired by Ethel Pedley’s classic Australian story, this 2012 baby coin set was originally presented in a themed case with a photo frame card, making it a keepsake for a new arrival and a collectable RAM proof set.

The proof set contains the standard Mob of Roos $1 coin. The special Ethel Pedley $1 coin was issued in the uncirculated 2012 Baby Set.

Mintage: The Mint set an unlimited issue limit and recorded 9,270 proof sets across its 2011–12 and 2012–13 annual reports.
