2002 6x Coin UNC Year Of The Outback RAM Year Set - Mintage: 68,752

Product description:

Celebrate Australia’s outback with the 2002 Year of the Outback Six Coin Uncirculated Year Set from the Royal Australian Mint. This themed release features two commemorative coins recognising the outback’s place in Australia’s identity: the windmill 50c and the Year of the Outback $1.

The set includes six 2002-dated Australian coins in uncirculated condition: 5c, 10c, 20c, the commemorative 50c, the Outback $1 and $2. The 50c depicts an outback windmill, while the $1 features the Year of the Outback logo incorporating a stylised outline of Australia and the Southern Cross. The remaining denominations carry their standard Australian designs.

With a recorded mintage of 68,752 sets, this release makes an appealing addition to an Australian decimal year-set collection. Originally issued in Royal Australian Mint presentation packaging with a protective outer sleeve, it is also a thoughtful gift for someone born in 2002.
