1988 8-Coin Uncirculated RAM Year Set – Mintage: 166,000
Add an original 1988 Royal Australian Mint Uncirculated Year Set to your Australian coin collection.
Officially issued by the Royal Australian Mint, this eight-coin set contains the 1 cent, 2 cent, 5 cent, 10 cent, 20 cent, 50 cent, $1 and $2 coins in uncirculated condition.
The 1988 RAM Year Set is a particularly significant Australian release, being the first standard RAM Year Set to include the $2 coin, which had just entered circulation that year. The set also includes the special 1988 Bicentenary $1 coin, making it a popular release for collectors of Australian commemorative coinage.
A great addition for collectors building a complete run of Australian RAM Year Sets, assembling a birth-year collection, or collecting key releases from Australia’s decimal coinage history.
