1986 RAM Year Of Peace $1 Proof 7x Coin Set - Mintage: 67,000

Product Description

Add a milestone in Australian coinage to your collection with the 1986 Royal Australian Mint International Year of Peace Seven-Coin Proof Set. Featuring the proof version of Australia’s first commemorative $1 coin, this set celebrates the International Year of Peace alongside Australia’s familiar decimal coin designs.

The set contains seven 1986-dated coins: $1, 50c, 20c, 10c, 5c, 2c and 1c, all struck in proof quality. The commemorative Year of Peace dollar is the centrepiece, while the inclusion of the discontinued 1c and 2c denominations adds nostalgic appeal.

With a mintage of 67,000 sets, this release makes a meaningful addition to a Royal Australian Mint proof set collection, an Australian $1 collection or a collection celebrating a 1986 birth year. Discover this classic Australian proof year set at All Things Minted.
